Every ServiceNow catalog item has a different form field that requires different data sets. Therefore, there is no native method to view the full information of a Requested Item's variables included in the outgoing Approval emails. To give approvers a better idea of what they are approving without having to go into the ServiceNow instance unnecessarily, we found a simple solution to make that happen. Check it out here.
