A view to see a callers incidents and requests

Hello, 

 

I have been going over all this on the user side and I can not find a view to see all the users past incidents and requested items.

What's the experience you're looking for?   A report where you feed in a user parameter?
Or a field decoration on a user reference on a form?
Where are you expecting to BE when you see this?

We just moved over from Freshservice to here and before, We could search for a user and see all their requested items in a list. 

I see there is Callers and when I search for the caller that I want I Can see their active incidents but not any hardware or software requests that they have. 

 

Is really the only way is to have a list that you change the caller?

There are multiple ways to achieve this. First if you search a user by their name (not username or email) you should see incidents associated with them.

 

I would also though add the Incident->Caller related list to the User default view. This way you can simply search for a user using any key then click on their record and see all incidents where they are the caller in the related lists section. Please note you may need to add this related list to views depending on how folks are accessing user profiles. If you are leveraging the Service Operations Workspace, make sure to update the Workspace view.

I have looked at both locations and they just show incidents, I would like any software and hardware as well. Now this user has requests and incidents and nothing is showing. Is it possible permissions?
