This is the cab definition that i am using .
All the cab meetings are taking the same "Created" filter . I want the created filter to be changed dynamically , for example ..
There are 50 meetings , For 1st meeting we can have the same from cab definition . For next meeting the created before must be added with 7 days(19,26,2,9..) .Dynamically it need to change .How can i achieve this functionality ..
Also How can i make reject button on cab workbench to not work or completely remove it . Because it is not much needed.
Thanks
Hitesh

Greetings!!
When you create the CAB definition, based on the agenda or conditions, it will create different meeting occurrences. I understand that you may need to modify this. In that case, you’ll need to open the specific CAB meeting and agenda management, then make changes to the agenda for each meeting. Here’s my video on the CAB

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG
Thanks for the information , I already went though your video .
I understand that we have to manually change filter in Meetings , but how can we do it dynamically?
Can we change them through scripts or something . My requirement is to do it without changing manually.

I’m not sure if this can be done via script, but you can check the Flow Designer. I prefer a manual approach because it aligns with the meeting agenda, and the conditions may vary. Manual updates will be more flexible here. Additionally, there could be cases where you need to cancel or move a date, and in those situations, the conditions might not work properly. So, updating the agenda manually seems like the best option.
