Can't impersonate user in my PDI

When I try to impersonate an user in my PDI, there is only one button "Cancel" displayed, I cannot see the button "Impersonate user" and cannot impersonate any user, any idea how to solve it?

Try to give your self Impersonate role and log out n login and also clear cache.
