We have an application integrating with ServiceNow to create tickets using ServiceNow table REST API. We have added Entrust certificates in our keystore to establish SSL connection with our ServiceNow instance. I learnt that Entrust certificate will be replaced by DigiCert by end of April 2025. So we need to download DigiCert and add it to our keystore to make the integration continue successfully.
There are instructions for the transition here:
https://docs.digicert.com/zf/trust-lifecycle-manager/integration-guides/servicenow.html
The instructions said that we should download DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager from ServiceNow app store, install it, request new DigiCert through there, and get approval, etc.. I wonder if the general DigiCert Global Root CA, DigiCertGlobalRoot G2 and G3 can be accepted and keep the integration continue to work?
Please advise. Thanks!
