Does "ITIL" role is enough to edit the change request or does it require "sn_change_write" role?

Hi Devika,

 

ITIL role is enough to edit the CHANGE REQUEST. Also it contains the license and customers have to pay for this.

If user has "itil" role then they are able to submit/fill the details in the change request, right?

If you want user only need to work on change, then sn change role is sufficient.
