Downgrade from yokohama - vancover

I want to downgrade my instance from yokohama to vancover to install mid server can anyone help

Others have answered the downgrade question directly... but why would you need or want to downgrade to install a midserver? Seems like there's likely a less nuclear option to get you to your goal.
