Email is not receiving a response in Cases

Hello Team,

 

We are unable to receive responses from the users when an email is sent from the below option. Can anyone help me to find the issue?

Hi,

What do you mean by "unable to receive responses" ?

Are the emails not coming into your instance at all?

Or are they not connected to the correct record when processed by incoming email actions?

Hi Ola, thank you for your response. Its not been received, just checked the email client reply-to address is filled with the mailbox address, but for the notification to be received in our instance we are using a different email address which is not in mailbox, how can i change this reply-to email address
