The current setup in our environment is, when we raise a Normal change and the risk is "High" and the planned start date is less than a week, then we click "Assess" it automatically turns into an "Expedited" change. Where can I check this functionality? I want to reconfigure it such that it doesn't easily turn Normal changes into expedited ones.
Also, I read in the community forums that there is an OOB check box that allows expedited changes. Where can I find this?

1. Did you check the UI action "Assess" button has been modified to set the "Change Type" value?
Similar to the g_form.setValue for state.
2. Did you check the workflow/flow which sets the value on moving to Assess condition?
Please mark this as helpful and accept it as a solution if this resolves your query.
Thanks,

The set up is fully customized in your instance which mean, it is not OOTB. There can be many area
- Check teh Assess UI action code
- Script Include
- BR
- Flow
Once you get this, then you can go OOTB way by disabling these changes. BUt make sure you did a good impact analysis before your disable your custom code.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
