When using @mention for John Smith I get 4 options and can't see any other user properties to know which one is correct one to select. How can we add attribute like job title or userid to this display?

Hey James,
We're on Tokyo Patch 9, hotfix 2a, using UI16.
Here's what I'm seeing
I did some additional research in to this and I believe it's a UI16 issue
In UI16, when on a page with the navpane, I see that "/api/now/form/mention/" endpoint referred to a few times in the different js files that are loaded. I'd venture to guess that those are being seen and the calculated field is doing what it needs to do
I booted up a dev instance on Tokyo and added the same calculated script to the sys_user.name column, then enabled the Next Experience. I don't have this issue in this new instance, although I do see reference to that API being called, but it looks to be specifically done when UI16 is loaded
Somethings gotta be getting crossed up with the navpane calling/loading that API.
Might have to just tell my people that they need to wait until we're ready to go to the Next Experience UI.

Hello,
With a larger name/Email id the @mentioned card is truncating information. Any idea how we can customized a card size/width of @mention? Attaching Screenshots for reference.
1. On record form with @mentioned card truncating values.
2. Actual User Information:
Please Advice.
Thanks.

You can right-click on the avatar (circle) and then open up the user profile to see which one is which.
Getting more data to the list doesn't seem to be coming: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0662451
