Hi

go to https://partnerportal.service-now.com/partnerhome?id=partnercontentpage&page=my_certifications and click on button "Search Certification to Map / Transfer"

Kind regards
Maik

Hi Mike,

When I clicked on that link, i could see the Certification Map/Transfer link on the left panel but then it disappeared and another window came up asking me to enter my phone number and validate my email. Once I completed those steps, I thought the certification transfer link will still be there but it's just gone forever and I can't find it now.

Please help.

Hi @Liana Lee Smith

You first need to change your email address from old ID to a New ID can be personal or a new company one. Once this change is done, you will be able to map your certifications and other details.

These were steps provided by ServiceNow team to me for doing the same before, sharing it below for reference , see if this helps you here or not:

"

Please create an email change request on www.servicenow.com and follow step1Partner and MFA, there are some instructions in Step2 and Step3 that you will need to take:

Step1: Continue with your email change

Please follow the steps below.

* Go to www.servicenow.com

* Login with your first/old email <old_email>

* Click the person icon on the top right corner --> Click Manage Profile

* Click on Edit Profile

* Click on the Update Email Button in the email field and follow the steps to generate a request for changing your email from <old_email> to <new_email>

Please DO NOT select the account linking option

Once the request is created the support team will reach out to you and do the email update for you. This process will make sure that all your existing data is transferred to your new email.

 Step2Partner

If you are an existing partner or your old account was a partner account, then you need to create a request with the Partner team to release/detach your email at partnerops@servicenow.com or Go to Partner Support Page

Step3MFA

If you have the Additional Email Authentication required (Multi-Factor Authentication also known as Two-Step Verification) tied to your account, please email ssosupport@servicenow.com team to disable/turned off and grant you temporary access to your old account.
