How to claim for Voucher for the CSA exam

I completed "ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand" course and it show me I am Eligibility for CSA Voucher, but I don't see how to How to claim for Voucher for the CSA exam.  Can anyone help?

sometime it takes more than 48 hours so i think you should just wait for some time.

Even with the partner access? because I have an access and today , I achieve the course and obtain the voucher but till this moment , I didn't receive any email about the voucher code.

1. check your now learning profile voucher section.

2. create case from now learning platform and wait for reply.

Hi Yousaf,

does this apply to instructor-led courses too ? or you will only get the complementary voucher if you go for the self-paced (on-demand) courses?

Hi,

Follow the below steps to get the voucher:

Step1: Go to My Achievements> Badges and click on My voucher under My profile.

Step2: Search for your course for which you want to claim the voucher.

Step3: Click on Claim button.

Step4: Select pay using learning credits and click on continue button.

Step5: Select your Organization name from the Learning credit pool and Click on Terms & condition link then tick the checkbox for I have read the terms and conditions.

Step6: Click on proceed payment option .

After that you will be redirected to the page where you can see that you have successfully claimed the voucher.

You can go to My Vouchers and see the available voucher for use.
