Hi Experts,
We are receiving since few months SMS to only one recipient 406@vtext.com anytime when a notification sent if an Incident has been assigned to a group or a catalog Task assigned to a group.
An email notification comes at the same time as it should.
I removed the Push Messages from that Notifications.
I am not sure where this sms coming from.
so my question to you is how we can deactivate this SMS sending?
Thank you
Elias

HI @Elias Beylouny ,
I trust you are doing great.
- Navigate to the "System Properties" module by typing "sys_properties.list" in the application navigator search bar and selecting the appropriate option.
- In the "System Properties" list, search for the property named "glide.notifier.sms.disable".
- If the property exists, check its value. If it is set to "false," proceed to step 5. If it is set to "true," the SMS notifications are already disabled, and you should investigate other possible causes for the issue.
- If the property value is "false," you can change it to "true" by clicking on the record and modifying the value accordingly.
- Save the changes made to the property.

Hey Amit
Thanks for the quick reply,
I have checked this property, I didn't find it, so I will have to create it and then set it to true.
One more question to that, this will then deactivate only the SMS notification?
As we have the Notify SMS sending if someone needs to send an sms from the Forms.
Or also we are using the Notify SMS to send an alert SMS. will this Property also deactivate this?
which we do not want to,
I just want to deactivate the Notification SMS sent.
Cheers,
Elias

I have tested now in my Test system and indeed it is only deactivating the Notification SMS and not the Notify Engine by sending an SMS from a Form like Incident, this still works.
So Yes thank you for the solution, I think it works,
Cheers,
Elias
