I'm trying to disable/deactivate the OOB change flows (i.e. Change - Emergency - Implement, etc) but everything is greyed out. I've even tried this in my own developer instance and no luck. Any thoughts?

Hi Keith,
I think this article explains why and how to resolve it: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0621668 🙂

Unfortunately, no. Not for workflows but rather flows (Flow Designer).

AH, so sorry for misreading. Old habits you know hehe.
I looked in our instance and if you are in the global scope you should be able to deactivate them:
That should be the only thing you are able to do, either deactive or activate them, since all the rest is read only due to upgrades etc.
Best regards,

Hi Laursen,
I had the same issue when we deactive the OOB workflow in flow designer we cannot activate it again.
Can you help me out how to activate them.
Regards,
Varahalu.
