How to evaluate the license utilization for AI Search Starter Documents under platform foundations

Hi All,

We are looking to assess the license consumption for one of our MSP clients. In the subscription management section, it shows that XXXX licenses have been purchased for AI Search Starter Documents under Platform Foundations in ServiceNow. However, we need clarity on how to verify the actual utilization of these licenses. Is the usage determined based on assigned roles, search indexes, or some other metric? Kindly provide guidance on this.

Thumb rule: whenever it comes to licensing and cost, please involve the ServiceNow Account Manager. He or she can guide you better regarding how many licenses are required, the cost involved, and what type of license it will consume.
