Hi,
I have a requirement that I want to show "Top Requests" widget on the Service Portal.
In the self-service menu if we click on the Service Catalog, at the top-right hand corner it shows Top Requests widget (Refer Attachment). In the service catalog, Top requests is a dynamic category. On that category form there is one choice field named as "Type" consist of two choices 1. Requested Item 2. KB article. If we select "KB article", Top requests Widget shows Most viewed KB articles. In the service portal for most viewed KB articles there is one widget named as "KB Most Viewed". I tried to edit the cloned widget to achieve the same functionality for 'Requested Item' but I did not get correct output.
Any Help would be appreciated!!..
Thanks & Regards
Jyoti Landage.

You can do the changes in the CSS of the widget for the look and background. I would recommend to copy that widget and do the changes in CSS and HTML code.
