When I open the incident ticket by default "related search results" comes down the short description.
Is there any way I can toggle the "Related Search Results" so that user won't see knowledge search results.
My Observations : Related Search Results is an Formatter called "contextual search results", which is pointing to "searchservice_table.xml".
But I can't find this .xml in formatters.
Any ideas, how this could be achieved?

Properties under Contextual Search, the last item is a checkbox that reads:

Hi Michael,
Very helpful after all these years. Would you be able to let me know how can I apply this property on a specific table? I would like to see the expanded list over the Incident form only. Clearly Dictionary override is not available in this case. Any idea how we can build this?
