MS Teams installation failed

Hello! When I'm trying to install Microsoft Teams it tells me that the installation has failed. With other instances there is no problem. Any idea what it could be?

I have seen this myself and the error message isn't very informative.

 

First things to check:

 

The person doing the activity in ServiceNow  has the following roles:

 

  • virtual_agent_admin
  • external_app_install_admin or admin

In Azure that they are Global Admin and Teams admin AND Your Azure/Teams admin has the same email address in their ServiceNow user record as the Azure user.

Hi Paul, thank you for your help! Yes, the person doing the activity has the necessary roles but it still doesn't work.

All the roles are there but still getting the same error, what else can be done? I am facing this on San Diego version.

Hi, what exactly is the name of application you are trying to install? How do you install it, over plugins module or store? Where do you install it, in PDI?
