MS Teams installation failed

Hello! When I'm trying to install Microsoft Teams it tells me that the installation has failed. With other instances there is no problem. Any idea what it could be?

Hi Appli,

Conversational Integration for Teams using plugins. Plugin has been installed successfully but when trying to integrate it then getting this error. Yes trying it in PDI.

Same problem. Trying with a PDI admin and Microsoft developer tenant global admin.

• I added my global admin email to my sys_user table of admin account as others have suggested.
• I also updated the pre-installed Virtual Agent plugin prior to. 
• I do see the app gets created in my Azure AD subscription.
• This error appears in the logs about the same time I tried the install: 
  com.glide.channelproxy.exception.InvalidInstallationException: Send mappings to data center failed after retries.: no thrown error
• No error code provided in the redirected url, although I found this bit in bold (double forward slash after domain name) interesting:
  https://example.service-now.com//va_install_redirect.do?sysparm_channel=teams&sysparm_success=false
