Hi @Sairam C
You can check on Now Create if you get something, or you need to create the doc on your own. You can try in PDI and create the doc.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Sairam C
Greetings!!
I doubt you'll get a step-by-step guide with screenshots. However, you can follow the ServiceNow standard checklist. Once the upgrade starts, you can monitor it under the upgrade preview.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Sorry? You are "expecting" a proper document? Then you need to create it yourself. The upgrade is a process that you need to go through and for every instance it is different, because no instance is the same. The steps are similar (set clone settings, clone, upgrade, run through skipped changes, test, etc) but nobody can (or will) deliver you a step by step including screenshots, because it doesn't exist from SN and any self-created document will contain privileged information.
You will have to create it yourself to be a useful document for you.
And 'my expectation is required....' sounds like you are trying to get someone else to do your job for you. That's not what the community is about. We're here to help.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
