When I'm primary on-call, I would like to have the ability to let myself notified several times, before the escalation starts to the secundairy on-call member.
I thought I should do that using the 'add contact attempt' button, but that doesn't work. At least, how long does it take before the second contact attempt is initiated. And can you configure that for each member seperatly?
Has anyone an idea?
