Platform: Automate change records and agile stories for patches and upgrades.

Hi - I am looking for a way to have standard change records created using field values from the ServiceNow support site. When a patch, hot fix or family version update is scheduled for any of our instances I would like to automate the creation of the Change and Stories to support the effort.

 

We do get email notifications and can manually check on support.servicenow.com, but looking for something cleaner. Support let me know there is no API currently that supports this, but I thought I would ask here to see what others might be doing.

 

Upgrade Center looked to be a great  place to track these, but that is designed for Customer Scheduled upgrades.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
