"External User Verification" Flow Not Found

Unsure if this is a case of not having the proper products installed or if this is an issue on the ServiceNow side, but basically I installed the External User Self-Registration plug-in and began following the directions from this Documentation article. When I attempt to view the "External User Verification" flow (see image 1), I'm brought to the Workflow Studio homepage and shown an error message telling me "Asset not found: Check the Sys ID, Builder ID, and Table name for any errors before trying again" (see image 2).

Is the "External User Verification" part of another plug-in/product, or is this an issue with the External User Self-Registration plug-in? As a note, I'm working in an instance running Washington DC, patch 1 hotfix 1.

@Derek Sewall According to the documentation https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-platform-security/page/integrate/authentication/task... the subflow should be part of External User Self-Registration plugin. 

Since the Subflow is not showing up on your instance try repairing the plugin and if the issue still persists then create a ticket for the ServiceNow support.

This is a sub-flow. Try searching in the Sub-flow tab to view the flow as below.
