Hello Team,
I am working on NPI deletion ticket ,I have one ticket with timestamp to delete additional comment in case. But I can see different timestamp showing for journal_field and in additional comment of ticket . But comment in journal_field is same as we have in additional comment of case.
If I am deleting the journal_field timestamp comment , I can see it will create additional field in case with same timestamp of journal_field.
But case timestamp and sys_audit timestamp is matching .
But case timestamp and journal_field timestamp is different by few seconds.
Need help
