Request for New Lab Instance – ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Xanadu)

I am currently enrolled in the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Xanadu) course. My lab instance has been terminated, and I am unable to request a new one as it shows that I have 0 instances remaining.

I still have course progress pending (currently at 61%) and would like to continue with the hands-on exercises. I Is it possible to reset or provide a new lab instance so I can complete the course.

I would really appreciate your assistance.

Hi @DeepawaliP .

In addition to the advice offered about logging a case, you may start a new ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Zurich) course.  If your goal is to continue where you left off (61% progress), the best advice has been offered by other community members - logging a case with the Now Learning/ServiceNow University support team.
