Request to correct name on Webassessor account for CSA/CAD exam – edit option locked

Hello,

I mistakenly entered my first name as the last name and last name as the first name while creating my Webassessor account. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the edit option for the name fields is locked, and I am unable to make the correction myself.

I need to update my name as per my government-issued ID since I’m planning to register for the CSA and CAD certification exams, and the ID verification requires accurate personal details.

Could you please guide me on how to get my name corrected in the Webassessor account?
Any assistance or escalation process to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
