I found an article on creating templates that are Accessibility friendly, however, I'm wondering if there's such a tool in ServiceNow that can scan KBA module for noncompliance of articles already published. I know our platform underwent an upgrade with Zurich, any suggestions?
Side note, I'm working to implement SOW and I know that module addresses Accessibility in Theme Builder but KBs come into play in SOW, made me curious if implementation of SOW affects KBs coming through.
