See all users who location doesnt match any locations in any user criteria

Hi Everyone,

 

I am trying to find a way to see all users if their location doesn't match any user criterias which have restrictions on location. Any suggestions are appreciated?

So I am trying to see a list of users where on the sys_user record the field "Location" is contained in any User Criteria
