Service Operations Workspace

Hi Team,

Can anyone help me here 

How many users logged into service operations workspace need to do report.

I have 

Navigate to ua_app_usage.LIST

Filter with Application name = Agent Workspace

But no data appearing related to workspace.it is getting HR Workspace.

To add to what @Chaitanya ILCR suggested, I would do application name CONTAINS "service operations" or application ID starts with "sn_sow" since there are multiple SOW apps such as:

  1. Service Operations Workspace Core
  2. Incident Management for Service Operations Workspace
  3. Service Operations Workspace ITSM Common
  4. Service Operations Workspace Admin Center

Depending on what you'd like to report on.

@OG986 it is giving only admin data who have logged in. but when agents logged in sow no such data exists.
