ServiceNowで通知を既読にした際の自動削除方法について

現在、ServiceNowを使用しており、通知が既読になった際に自動的に削除する方法を探しています。メール通知ではなく、プロバイダー通知を使用しています。

具体的には、通知が既読になった場合にチェックを行い、選択して削除する方法や、スクリプト可能通知アクションを使用して自動的に削除する方法について知りたいです。

どなたか、これに関するアドバイスや具体的な手順をご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、ご教示いただけると助かります。

your requirement is not feasible in ServiceNow.

when you send email it's the responsibility of the mailbox of the recipient to handle this.
