Hi All,
We have configured by direction integration between ServiceNow (PTask) & Jira (Issue) using Jira Spoke. From ServiceNow, when it is creating a new Ptask or updating it, it is reflected in the Jira Issue board.
But the Update from the Jira issue is not reflecting. Even though it is not triggering the flow which is configured in the "Jira Webhook Routing Policies". It is throwing a "Bad Request" error in the system logs in ServiceNow.
Updated the callback URL properly in the webhook section of Jira, also followed the step mentioned in this "https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB2040740".
Can anyone please help with this? How to troubleshoot further?
