Start Microsoft Teams Chat - Error: The undefined value has no properties.

Hello,

When IT staff attempt to use the "Start Microsoft Teams Chat" function from Incidents/Tasks/Etc, it does not start a Teams chat and seems to freeze the window.

When I look at errors, it looks like the first script that fails is "ImportChatConfigurationUtils" with the error: "Error: The undefined value has no properties."

Sometimes it appears that UserId is missing, but other times it appears. The features still fails in both cases.

I ended up deleting the Microsoft OAuth token for the impacted users. Had them log out of Microsoft Teams and ServiceNow, and then log back into both. It worked.
