Hello!
I have to reset password for system administrator account and I go with instruction :
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1122424
But whenb try to log I get error massage like password or user id is invalid. do you maybe have solution for this?
should reset browser, remove coockies or something like this? maybe there is other way to reset password for admin account , this user is a sort of security admin user.

- Goto develeoper.servce-now.com
- Under profile, left side
- Reset / Manage instance password
You will get new password don screen in few seconds.

n't go this way as I have to provide process for the user but there is no process to choose. this process field is mandatory. I set temp password for system administrator after impersonated system administrator but stilll cant login.
