system Adinistrator password reset

Hello!

I have to reset password for system administrator account and I go with instruction :

But whenb try to log I get error massage like password or user id is invalid. do you maybe have solution for this?

should reset browser, remove coockies or something like this?  maybe there is other way to reset password for admin account , this user is a sort of security admin user.

So if I understood, you are not able to login in instance, the reason can be due to many attempt it has been locked out. So what need to do now

- Ask you team mate, who has access to instance as admin 

- Reset your password and make sure Locked Out is false.

 

or call to Service Desk or account operation team , who can reset password  for you.

This is about "system administrator" account on client instance. I was able to manage to password reset but still can't log using credentials.  

Not sure I am missing something. You login with your id not sys admin. and still issue,log a Now Support case.

I try to log on admin account not my and I used "admin"  as user name...  login works fine for other users.
