system Adinistrator password reset

Hello!

I have to reset password for system administrator account and I go with instruction :

But whenb try to log I get error massage like password or user id is invalid. do you maybe have solution for this?

should reset browser, remove coockies or something like this?  maybe there is other way to reset password for admin account , this user is a sort of security admin user.

i Used xxx.service-now.com

client instance

and what link you trying to access

 

something xxxxx.servicenow.com or something else?

Hello - Is this a subproduction or production instance? Did your request (following the KB article you linked) get approved and completed before attempting to login? Do you have any other admin accounts that are accessible? 

 

If you got an email confirming that the request was completed, but the credentials that were provided still do not work and you have no other admin accounts that can be logged into, you will likely need to file a support case.
