We are getting an incidents from users, to access/add into an email id . So Servicedesk team is checking in different portals [Azure Directory[AD] / admin centre ] and confirming the portal and adding users into it.
So now i want to create an catalog item. when users submits the email id , then automatically ,a notification needs to send to requested user about the portal details. So that users will directly reach to respective portal team members.
It might be from different type email resources: O365 Group, User Mailbox, Resource account/user mailbox, Shared Mailbox, CONTACT RECORD, Distribution list in AD, Mail enabled Security Group, Forwarders, Guest Accounts.
Can you please help me.
