I would like to know how I can trigger a Azure Logic App with an incoming Ticket by Service-Now.
Is that possible? Or need I to run the Azure Logic App every 5 min. by searching new requests in the Service Now?
SCENARIO
We want to have an AZURE Logic App that makes a change on a SharePoint site which will be requested via Service-Now ticket. So the Service-Now ticket will trigger an Azure Logic App.
Two ways are possible:
(1) I will use the Logic App to search every 5min for new entries in regards of that ticket request for SharePoint changes.
(2) I can trigger a Logic App by a specific entry in the ticket.
Please need advice how I can get it to work...
