Workspace view

Hello All,

I need to open an incident into workspace view instead of legacy view from global search of service now.

 

For e.g - INC00011222 When I search it in a global search of now platform, it should open this incident record in workspace view not in normal form view or legacy view.

 

Please help with this.

My knowledge say OOTB , is defaults Global search.

Hello Kilo,

I saw this one. But is there any other way to open the record directly into workspace view. 

For e.g, just put incident number in global search and it directly opens incident into workspace view.
