We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to be responsible for leading the successful delivery and support of ServiceNow Customer Service Management in a global environment. This position demands a highly motivated individual with strong technical, communications and organizational skills, who is eager to succeed as part growing enterprise solutions team. The candidate will join an existing team working to support a global enterprise application delivering quality solutions.

Responsibilities Technical Delivery –
Involvement in all technical aspects of ServiceNow Project and Service Delivery, including;
- Maintenance, configuration, customization and enhancement of ServiceNow.
- Develop Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts
- Create Templates and Views specific to customer needs
- Create Scheduled Jobs for system maintenance
- Workflow Configuration and Customization
- Development of client specific Reporting and Dashboards
- Development of integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
- Business Analysis, Workshops, User Story Definition
- Customization Document Creation and Refinement
- Key member of project delivery and on-going services teams
- Prepare client facing and internal deliverables
- Provide release note to installation teams.
- Drive CI of implementation methodology and svc offerings
- Experience and understanding of Key Integrations
- Ability to Demonstrate ServiceNow Platform as well as specific Modules to potential and existing customers
- Evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, portability, compatibility, or usability.
- Work collaboratively with both Technical and Non-Technical Customers
- Troubleshoot and Support ServiceNow based Applications and Systems
- Be Professional and Courteous in all engagements
- Provide Technical assistance in a Pre-Sales Capacity
- Track and Log Time on a Project/Task basis consistently
- Review code and documentation
- Unit and Module Testing of developed components
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver the changes within provided time-frame
- Project / Task progress reporting
- Collaborate with developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components.
- Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems.
This job might be for you if
- Degree (or equivalent) preferably in Information Technology (or a similar technical subject).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a key ITSM technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.
- Minimum 2 year demonstrated experience with modern and relevant web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, AngularJS, etc.) and of working in a PaaS or SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
- Basic understanding of Integration methods and capabilities (ETL, FTP, REST, SOAP, JDBC).
- Good understanding of relational databases.
- Good understanding of ITIL (ITIL Foundations Certified Preferred).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
- ServiceNow Admin Certification.
