Main Line Health, a 501(c)(3) health care system in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA is seeking a remote ServiceNow Developer.

Experience:
1. 1-3 years direct experience as a ServiceNow administrator/developer desired.
2. Comprehensive understanding of Service Management processes.
3. Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules in an enterprise environment including the delegation of groups, modification of Service Portal, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions,
4. Familiar with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS and integration with ServiceNow.
5. Familiar with writing JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL, and PowerShell.
6. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
Licensures and Certifications:
ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification preferred.
ITIL V3 Foundation certification preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against covid-19 and nicotine free.

Just a head's up. CMS and CSM are two different things. You're wanting "CMS workflows", doesn't make sense in that context.
CMS = Content Management System
CSM = Customer Success Management (which is what I suspect you really want)
