ServiceNow Administrator - Miami, FL

Job Description




  • Bachelor's degree in HRIS, HR or Business Administration, Management Information Systems or other business-related degree
  • Three (3) years or more HRIS administration, process flows, reporting and data management
  • Three (3) years or more administering HR technology solutions either on premise or cloud platforms that enable HR transformation
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability interpret business requirements to technical solutions
  • Skilled at building cross-functional relationships across organizations
  • Ability to:
    • Analyze and solve problems
    • Respond to changing priorities and needs
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Visio) (advanced Level)
  • Report development (advanced level)
  • ServiceNow HRSD (advanced level) preferred
  • Workday HCM (advanced level) preferred
  • General knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures (intermediate level) preferred



  • Creates system structures based on analysis of user needs and downstream system impacts for organization, management and HR management. In charge of maintaining, analyzing and troubleshooting problems and developing working solutions
  • Builds reporting and analytics capabilities in HR systems to gain actionable insights for further system and process improvement. Modifies existing reports as necessary to meet user needs
  • Supports end users on new modules, processes, and functionality through ongoing training support
  • Test, report and analyze the impact of changes as a result of system upgrades/patches
  • Work with system security to support HR system access, govern and grant access to various systems
  • Triages and first-line end-user support for access issues, system errors and data problems
  • Performs other duties as assigned
