CRI Advantage is a Pacific Northwest ServiceNow partner looking for a talented ServiceNow individual with enterprise ServiceNow ITSM solution experience to be responsible for our client’s implementation of ServiceNow products. The preferred consultant will have industry experience managing an end-to-end ServiceNow implementation from requirements gathering, through testing to final implementation. The candidate will be supporting the client’s existing ITSM product modules, working with the service owners, process owners and business analysts to resolve issues and defects and implementing enhancements; includes working with business owners and ServiceNow developers as part of the development team.
This individual will be responsible for gathering and documenting user and process requirements, functional requirements, developing technical requirements, and developing workflow customizations. The candidate will have an understanding of ServiceNow functionality, Engagement Methodology, and how ITIL processes can be implemented in ServiceNow. As new technologies emerge and impact ServiceNow, the Implementation Consultant is expected to learn these applications very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new applications with our systems.

Responsibilities:
• Configure and facilitate the rollout of ServiceNow UI, modules and workflow.
• Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Ensure the latest release of ServiceNow application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations.
• Perform integrations as needed while maintaining data security.
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools.
•Participate in ongoing production support and end user support.
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years working in ServiceNow in an Admin Capacity.
• Possess skills to effectively analyze and solve problems.
• The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public.
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience as required for the specific job level.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
• Experience in providing customization of client’s ServiceNow implementations, assisting with LDAP and workflow administration
