- Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments
- Minimum of 5+ years of technology implementations
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator and experience
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and experience
- Knowledgeable with the ServiceNow platform suite
- Hands on presales experience working to develop solutions and estimate services level of effort
- Hands on delivery experience leading or an individual contributor as a ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree
- In depth understanding of full application lifecycle including experience with agile and waterfall SDLC application development/implementation methodologiesPreferred Skills Requirements:
- ITSM Certification and experience
- Project Management Certification and experience
- ServiceNow Application Developer certification
- Experience with ITSM processes and ServiceNow applications including: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, Asset, CMDB, GRC and Knowledge
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Management solutions such as Human Resource (HR) Service Management, Customer Service Management, Facilities Service Management or Field Service Management
- Experience with ServiceNow Operations Management solutions such as: Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Event Management and Cloud Management
- Experience with ServiceNow Business Management solutions such as Risk, Vendor, Audit, Test, Demand, Resource, Project, SDLC and Financial Management
- Working knowledge with integration of ServiceNow with multiple LDAP, SSO, SCCM, and other Infrastructure tools
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Watch, Orchestration, Performance Analytics
- Proficient understanding of ServiceNow Data Model
- Familiar with ServiceNow scripting and security best practices
- Working knowledge of web-based development languages; JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow API's, Web ServicesProfessional Requirements:
- Strong written and oral communication skills including proposal, presentation and demo skills
- Ability to translate customer requirements into ServiceNow solutions
- Ability to estimate ServiceNow solution implementation and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services efforts
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Advise on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture
- Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiencesResponsibilities:
- Review customer requirements, architect ServiceNow solutions, and develop proposal responses
- Provide level of effort service estimates of solutions to meet customer requirements
- Provide best practice advisory services to functional and technical streams throughout the solution implementation and ongoing sustainment.
- Direct ServiceNow implementations and certify the solution design of strategic technologies during solution development.
- Build and drive high performing relationships with partners and clients to ensure high quality delivery of all aspects of solution development.
- Manage the ServiceNow solution design and understand the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation efforts and solutions
- Oversee solution design and review of all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement.
- Provide design perspectives to the process teams to maintain consistency, stability and supportability of the solution and processes.
