Experienced ServiceNow System Administrator Seeking New Opportunity

Jarvis138

Hi everyone,

I’m an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator currently exploring new opportunities and wanted to introduce myself to the community.

I have 9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, primarily focused on ITSM and the Service Catalog, with a strong background in configuring workflows, approvals, integrations, and day-to-day platform administration in enterprise environments. I’ve supported both steady-state operations and major initiatives, including re-implementations, tenant migrations, and process automation efforts.

Core areas of experience include:

ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

Service Catalog & workflows

User/group/role administration

Business rules, UI policies, notifications

Reporting & dashboards

Integrations (SSO, identity-related workflows)

Partner collaboration and platform optimization

Supporting governance, audit, and compliance-driven processes

My background is more admin/architectural than heavy development, but I’m actively expanding my skills in scripting, APIs, and integrations to deepen my platform expertise.

I’m open to:

Full-time roles (remote or hybrid)

Senior ServiceNow Administrator / Application Analyst–type positions

Environments that value stability, best practices, and thoughtful platform growth

If you’re hiring, know of an opening, or are open to connecting, I’d be happy to start a conversation. Feel free to comment here or message me directly.

Thanks for taking the time to read, and I appreciate this community.

— Mitch

Are you based in Australia?
