Feeling a bit down about this Career

It's been 4 months now and 2 interviews, and still no luck. I have My CSA, implemented a Virtual Agent, along with other implantations like Wiz and Daz, stood up Mid Servers, and still get looked at as having no experience. I am currently working on my scripting fundamentals, system admin advance, and going to start on my CAD after these.
What else can I do to Stand out and land System Admin role or Junior Developer ?

As a ServiceNow trainer, I’m happy to share my input on this. I agree and appreciate that you’ve completed the CSA exam and a few other modules, but the reality is different. The market is looking for more and more modules in your CV, which means you need to learn more products and add them to your portfolio. For example, focus on ITSM, GRC, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
Currently, the training is free, which is a great benefit, but the real challenge is getting hands-on experience. For that, the community is the best place to start. Spend time engaging with the community—at least 1 -2 hours daily—seeing what members are asking and responding to them. Soon, your skills will be upgraded, and you’ll gain confidence.
Also, get a good grip on scripting because, for a developer, scripting is essential. Take courses, and there are many exercises available on developer.servicenow.com to practice scripting. That’s the best way to build your portfolio, mate.

I was also feeling a bit defeated when looking for System admin roles. Here I am, almost finished with the Expert System Admin, with a CSA for over a year and I can't find a role. Most of the positions want years of experience and there's almost zero Junior level openings. It wasn't until, I noticed most of the roles was 90-120k+ and then I realized what I was doing wrong.
Restrict the search engine maximum pay. I choose 60k. Once I did, started to find roles that wasn't asking for years of experience in ServiceNow. Which means, you'll have to display you have a working knowledge of ServiceNow.
Noticed if you search without limiting the salary range, you'll find heaps of positions that begins to hit or can max out to 100k or more per year. Those roles tend to ask you for years of experience. These we should avoid imo, as we're simply going to generally get beat out by another more experience candidate.
Now that not to say there aren't roles that you can have experience in another job field and still acquire the position. Such as Business analyst, Server admin, Linux or System administrator etc. I just believe that our time and efforts would be better spent going after the lower salary roles. Getting the first two - three years' experience then filling out for the higher paying positions. Anyway, sorry for the long post. I had links to prove the point, but the thread didn't like it lol. Hope this helps someone not feel so defeated.
