We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst / Functional Analyst for an enterprise ServiceNow implementation role in Hyderabad, India.

Location: Hyderabad
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
Experience: 8–10 years overall
ServiceNow Experience: 5+ years in BA / Functional Analyst roles
Employment: Full-time

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Functional Analyst / Functional Consultant
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience
• Good knowledge of ITOM and ITSM
• Experience with CI classes, relationships, CMDB data quality, reconciliation and configuration management
• Strong requirement elicitation, analysis and documentation experience
• Experience creating BRD/FSD, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience with Business Blueprints and process/UML documentation
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization and tracking
• Strong stakeholder/client/SME management experience
• Experience with SIT, UAT, test cases, defect management and release readiness
• ITIL Foundation certification – required
• B.Tech / BE / M.Tech or equivalent technical qualification

⭐ Good to Have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ITOM / ITFM / ITBM / GRC/IRM experience
• SAFe Agile experience
• Experience working within a ServiceNow CoE
• Enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation experience
