Hi @KSHITIJN ,

The CSA is a good start but it's not enough to enter the ServiceNow domain. There are many skilled people working with ServiceNow, hence you need to start building and showing what you can do. Other than that, when you have the CSA then start to apply for an entry level position working with ServiceNow to get some hands on experience.

Hi @KSHITIJN
As the other guys are pointing out, the CSA in itself is not a direct ticket to play.
Since you didn't mention any direction, I strongly suggest that you checkout the Career  Journeys in Now University (learning portal) to figure out your best starting point.

If you were to enter the ITSM domain, the baseline would be something like this; preferebly with some insights into ITIL:

ITSM Suggested Learning (Recommended Order)

  1. Welcome to ServiceNow
  2. Micro-Certification: Welcome to ServiceNow
  3. Incident Management: Next Experience
  4. Problem Management: Next Experience
  5. Change Management on the Now Platform
  6. Knowledge Management on the Now Platform
  7. Customer Service Case Management
  8. ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (CSA)

Additional On-Demand Courses

ohh... And welcome to the community 😉
