Hi Everyone,

As i am currently looking for the jobs in india for servicenow developer role with 2.8 years of experience, could anyone please help me out by giving on how to prepare the interview , what will be the questions ( i do have experince in ITSM module) easy, intermediate, advanced level.

There are no defined interview questions for ServiceNow as they are based upon the team's or project's requirement. For example if you need to hire a ServiceNow developer who can configure ITSM module; primarily Incident, Change, Service Request and build catalog item and record producers then you will ask the questions around:

1. Server-side logic and their associated best practices

2. Client-side logic and their associated best practices

3. Record Producer creation

4. Catalog item creation and approval

5. Flow and Workflow experience

6. Outbound REST Message

7. How the client side logic can make call to server side logic.

8. ACLs - how to make field read only when form is inactive

9. Roles and Groups.

As a trainer, I can say that there is no single source of direction about this. In the current scenario, interviews depend on what you've written in your CV and your skill set. With 2.8 years of experience, interviews will likely be scenario-based, which will assess your skills in how you approach logic and solve problems. So, sharpen your skills and be clear about the basics.
