Looking for someone with 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience who has successfully completed at least one HRSD-to-ITSM Core instance merge and is skilled in EC Pro implementation.
Someone with strong knowledge of ServiceNow product differences, experience with tools such as Now Assist, Move Works, and Control Tower, and the ability to confidently guide stakeholders in a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow consolidations or transformations.
6-12 months contract role with possible to extend. No visa sponsorship available at this time.
What you will be doing:
- Perform data conversion validation and remediate configuration/data issues
- Execute and interpret instance compares to identify functional and configuration differences
- Hands-on with Identifying and resolving gaps using HRSD, EC Pro, and instance merge best practices
- Provide consulting and education to HR Technology stakeholders on HRSD, EC Pro, and merge concepts
- Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams to deliver timely solutions
- Work with AI team to configure Now Assist, Moveworks and Control Tower features
