I'm almost 2 year learning about ServiceNow, I got my CSA and CAD, and now I'm strongly eager to get some experience, put my hands on real scenarios, within my company we got through some mock project, using SCRUM we implement ServiceNow, as IT ticketing system for a Company, new in the ServiceNow environment, so I do have some experience in Setting SLAs Schedules, changing ServiceNow appearance to fits company image, configuring priorities, Update Sets, Getting data source ready, Business Rules, Client Script, email notification.

I really want to put my hands to work, please reach me up, if I can be useful!

• Pre-sales Expert

2. Developer Portal

• Request your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) — your own ServiceNow sandbox to practice safely.
• You can try almost everything for free (except a few advanced features like AI).
• Explore guides, tutorials, blogs, and documentation to learn more.

Learning Plan ServiceNow Administrator:

• Learn admin skills to move into app development.
• Includes 13 short, self-paced modules.

This will help you to learn more and get some exercise in ServiceNow tools. You don't need to finish it overnight, just select something and complete it one by one. Good luck!!
